20 Minute Shrimp Tacos


Looking for a delicious and easy meal that can be done in 20 minutes or less? Look no further ya'll. My 20 minute shrimp tacos are just what you need! Here is how to make it:


Ingredients:


  • 2 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined (feeds up to 3-4 people)

  • olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 medium white onion

  • 1.5 cups black beans

  • salt & pepper

  • pre-made salsas of choice

  • pack of siete GF almond flour tortillas (or any tortillas of your liking)

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 lime


Cut the bell pepper and onion into long thin slices and sauté with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir on medium low for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the shrimp and beans to the pan with the vegetables with salt and pepper. While the shrimp are cooking, lay out your different salsas and slice up the avocado and lime. Be sure to watch and flip the shrimp after 3 minutes. Once the shrimp head and tail are touching the shrimp are done. Set aside the shrimp and warm up the tortillas. Serve the shrimp, beans and veggies in the tacos. Assemble your shrimp taco with avocado, salsas of your choice, a squeeze of lime and you're all done. Enjoy your easy, delicious and healthy meal!
